REMINDER: The Zion School District encourages parents, legal guardians, and all school employees to self-screen at home. If a student or employee has a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, the student or employee should remain at home until the individual has been free of fever for twenty-four(24) hours.

Application Deadline: August 7, 2020 before 11:59pm CST (The previously announced school clothing assistance program has been extended. Paper applications already submitted will be processed).
Eligibility Requirements
Each child may only be reported by one applicant and must be the custodial parent or guardian of the child.
Educational Assistance Program
Citizenship: Must be Cherokee citizens on or before July 13, 2020
Residency: NO residency requirement
Age: Children between ages of five (5) and eighteen (18) years of age on or between the dates of July 1, 2020 and December 30, 2020.
Enrollment: Students concurrently enrolled in high school and college will only be eligible for the Higher Education Scholarship Technology Grant. Any applications for this program will be removed from consideration of this program.
School Clothes Program
Citizenship: Must be Cherokee citizens on or before July 13, 2020
Residency: Must live within the Cherokee Nation jurisdiction.
Age: Children between ages of five (5) and eighteen (18) years of age on or between the dates of July 1, 2020 and December 30, 2020.
Existing Applications: Any students previously submitted for the School Clothing Voucher Program will be not receive additional funding from this program. Students that have previously submitted will be processed under those guidelines established by Cherokee Nation Human Services.

Attention parents, family and friends. In regards to the graduation activities today (6/16/2020) at Zion School we kindly ask that you practice as much social distancing as possible. Masks are encouraged but not required. Restrooms will be open in the gymnasium but please try to to congregate in the lobby area. Since the activities are outside you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs, etc. Again, we congratulate all of our 2020 graduates!!! Go Jets!
