She has a Master of Education from NSU as well. Ms O'Neal possesses the
following certifications: Elementary Education, Special Education, Administration, Psychometrist, Psychology, Language Arts, Social Studies. |
| She taught for three years at Watts Schools.
Joey has been
with Zion for 29 years in the capacities of teacher, Special Education director, Federal
Programs director, and Principal. |
| She has two sons; Bryan
& Tracie O'Neal, their sons, Kaden
and Cooper of Forney, TX and Patrick & Tracy
O'Neal and their son, Riley of Stilwell. Her parents are R.J. and Carrie Philpott. |
